Nigerian educational sector and Enugu state in particular has witnessed many expected and unexpected changes following the breakthrough in science and technology. The availability, adoption and application of ICT facilities in education system have purportedly led to new methods, easy and interesting teaching and learning. Teachers have been using ICT to give instructions to learners of English Grammar and assessing their performance and giving out results while students equally have been expected to be acquiring proper information and express better good understanding of English language. The study evaluated the impact of ICT on teaching and learning in secondary schools in Igbo Eze North local government area with a view to ascertain the usefulness of adopting ICT instructional material. The study adopted quantitative and qualitative method while the results of the analysis obtained on the study reveal that the application of the program has recorded some negative and positive impact as well as suffered challenges. System Theory was used to analyse the study and against the findings, the study recommends that Secondary schools should be provided with adequate ICT instructional materials, electricity and other necessary applications, Schools should be equipped with skilled ICT tutors to give proper knowledge to students among others.
